Personality: I usually play this sort of thing by ear, but I'm aiming at this point for a Reoccurring nemesis feel here- cautious, doesn't expose himself to his foes when Stark Operatives kindly offers him "support" he can send ahead on missions, Not barticularly loyal to Stark, just Stark's paychecks- and perhaps an aversion to attacking kids and females, just to make things more interesting.
History: Again, "Mysterious stranger" here, but in general terms, grew up on the streets, learned how to handle a number of weapons, joined Stark Operatives just before the 7th generation of testing.
Physical Information
Physical Appearance: Human: Black hair, light brown eyes he usually wears shades over. Black biker jacket, tanned skin, faint native american cast, heavy jeans or more leather, brand sport shoes.
Coyote: Probably only 30-40 pounds, small and slender but quick and nimble. his gray-ish pelt easilly blends in to urban areas, even without his power. Amber eyes.

WeaponsSkilled with handguns and knives, and has had basic rifle training. Has a small armory at home, (tranqs all the way up to desert eagle) but rarely carries more than a single piece or two on a mission.

Abilities: His file says "Electromagnetics"- IE, light. I'm going to sacrifice power (compared to other elements- no chargin' lazor attacks here!) for subtlety- being able to warp light around himself to be invisible, for example, or create illusions out of ambient light.
