Okay, so... on our escape thread, there's been, what, five posts in two weeks? :/ I'm happy to jump in and try and get things moving quicker again, but I feel like I need permission to do that, since, you know, I'm not exactly a mod or anything.

Cy? Any news on the information for the NPCs in Block-B?

I'm waiting for Heather and Abel to do stuff/react before Sabra can do anything new.

Ack, sorry; finals stuff has taken over my life. @_@ It'll all be over by Thursday evening, so I'll try to RP post then. (Still having trouble thinking of what to do w/ Caden anyway.) In the meantime, why hasn't anyone reacted to Sabra's blab...? (I know Heather was the ne talking directly to her, but I'm sure someone else heard? ...Actually, that might be a good way to bring Caden back in, now that I think idea... yay for brainstorms!)

Re: NPCs, Austin's been in NPC list thread for a while already, I'll go and add one or two more right now.

Sweet, thanks. :) If nothing happens in the thread today, I might just write something with them if it's all the same to you.

Well I'm waiting for Dusk right now, though it doesn't look like she's been on in a while. Once exams are over I may just set some guards against Will.

In one brilliantly explosive move? Yes, I think that's overpowered. If she spent several hours concentrating on breaking it up into woodchips, well, I'd have no problem with that. I would also be willing to listen to an argument in favor of letting her disintegrate the desk into sawdust, provided that (a) it is not an explosion / capable of hurting anyone else AND (b) she is completely drained afterward for at least six hours.

If rather coarse-grain sawdust is acceptable, there is a polar bear nearby

Should I hold off on posting for a bit? I don't mind Acinonyx and I having rapid fire rp, but I don't want to outpace everybody else.

I uh, dunno - that entirely depends on what you're planning?

Well, I hadn't planned on much of anything but adapting as we go; Fio lacks any information the rest of you have from being asleep the last few days while you guys were waking up. He's going to consider his best bet to just follow the crowd, at least until they get topside.

And I was going to have Amnar be very frustrated about not being able to turn a desk to dust. But there's been a minute's worth or so of conversation by my reckoning. I would prefer not to post until someone else does, even if they don't actually react at all to the conversation.

Where'd he learn that trick, by the way? Didn't he ditch most of his classes in school?

Whilst Will didn't get on with Uni he was good enough to get in in the first place. Things like simple bombs and poisons gas are well within his expertise, just don't ask him to list the valance shells of iron.
