Stopped by to meet Jeff in person on my way back to the airport. Had a nice little 45-minute chat, and gave him a toy plastic tiger.

Thought you guys might like the photo. ^^

Click on Cy's 'Psst' link, it'll take you to the character/about the authors section. They now have pictures next to their names.

Or, for simplicity's sake, you could assume that the guy named "Kan" is the Chinese dude, and the guy named "McRoy" is the Irish-looking one. :p

Eeeexcept they don't have pictures next to their names at all, at least as far as my computer is concerned.
Someone (Pix?) mentioned the characters have updated artwork next to their names now. I just went, "They had pictures on the "About"-page? Since when?" So yeah. XD

...wow. I'm such a total ditz. XD
Nahh, that's too obvious. Can't be.

Strange. Try clearing your browser cache, and pressing Ctrl+F5 on the About Page.

Update on the image-thing: I called a friend of mine and he said to use compatibility display or something. It worked, so hooray for computer geeks. xD

It's far too much effort to connect names to faces manually. Pictures next to names are best. Also my real name would tell you I'm probably half Welsh and posh.

Isn't Mc more Scottish than Irish?

What is it, then, if you don't mind me asking?

As for "Mc", yeah, I always thought so too. XD

Tis okies I guess it's all on the internet due to facebook anyways :P

Lloyd - Baker
Lloyd is a typical Welsh name and in the UK double barelled surnames mean you're posh as usually only posh people have them. I think my great-grandparents were posh, they sent my grandad to Uni when it was expensive to do so. As for the Welsh bit, there are no recorded Welsh people on my family tree. Portugese aristocracy though 8-)

Katie is nice and normal. Though some people try to spell it Katy, northeners try to call me Kate and americans tend to pronouce it 'Kayde'.

You learn something new every day. XD
That's a really nice name. ^^

As for "some people try to spell it Katy", it could be worse. For example, did you know that "Gwendolyn" starts with "Q-U-E-N"? XD Also, "Kay" (as in "Kayleigh") is spelled K-E-Y, apparently. XD
This is why I tend to have to spell out my name a lot, as does my sister.
At least my surname is very common and Dutch so I never have to correct people on that. XD

It's amazing how 'difficult' to spell names confuse people, eh?

How is you're name unusal for other Dutch people? Is it oddly spelt? See mine is confusing because Katie and Katy are both used as ways to spell my name and are pronounced exactly the same way. So I don't blame people for getting it wrong sometimes. I'm just definately a Katie because that's what on my birth certificate and like how it looks better than Katy.

My names are unusual for Dutch people since they're not Dutch. XD
My mother is an English teacher, so she chose names from English-speaking countries for my sister and I. Gwendolyn is Welsh (in 1993, when I was born, 21 girls got that name, while 783 girls were named Melissa, a Dutch name), Rowena is English and Caitlin is Irish.
My surname, Smit, is Dutch and one of the most common surnames there are in Holland, so that's why I don't have to spell that out.
